(“Greenbridge”).  Greenbridge is committed to preserving and safeguarding your right to privacy.  This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Greenbridge collects, uses and discloses personal information we receive when you visit chefconnexion.com and/or brandpointsplus.ca and/or greenbridgefoodservice.ca (collectively, our “Sites”). 

Greenbridge reserves the right to change this Policy at any time.  Changes will be posted on a timely basis on the web site.

Information Automatically Collected

GREENBRIDGE only collects personal information when you provide it to us knowingly and voluntarily.  We may collect your personally identifiable information for you to participate in some programs or other promotions including but not limited to the Brand Points Plus Rewards Program (the “Services”) offered through our Sites.  Greenbridge collects personal information:

  • if you subscribe to receive ongoing communications from Greenbridge.   The information collected may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the facts regarding the request.
  • If you participate in the Brand Points Plus Rewards program.  The information collected may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, purchase history and reward redemption history.
  • if you consent to participate in any Greenbridge marketing research programs, polls, or blogs. The information collected may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, interests, and facts regarding your habits and preferences.
  • if you participate in any Greenbridge contest or promotion. The information collected may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, and facts regarding your habits and preferences.

Minors

Greenbridge web sites are neither developed nor created to be targeted to children (defined as those under 18) as an audience. We do not collect information about the age of our web users.  If you believe we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child, please contact GREENBRIDGE at the contact information found at the end of the Policy and we will take necessary steps to delete the data from our records. 

Third Parties and Sharing Personal Information

Greenbridge will not share, trade, rent or sell your personally identifiable information with anyone outside of Greenbridge and its affiliated and related companies without your prior consent, except as described below.
